VPK (Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten)

VPK is a program designed and mandated to prepare 4 year olds residing in Florida for kindergarten. Children who experience VPK programs perform better in school and allows for a beginning foundation to their education, using state approved curriculum, appropriate class sizes with qualified instructors

VPK is free for all children residing in Florida and who’s birthday is on or before September 1st. Based off of age not income. The program starts in August.

VPK staff is fully certified in the state of Florida with a CDA. Teachers are held to a standard by the state and are certified in experience learning curriculum used by THLA.
